But keep in mind that OmniFocus has been around for over 10 years, and is one of the gold standards when it comes to a powerful and flexible to-do and task manager apps on the iPhone that follow the GTD method.

So while it's free to download and try, you will need to subscribe to continue using it after the trial period. Previously, OmniFocus was a premium paid app, however, it has recently switched over to the subscription-based model. There's also the unique Review perspective, which takes you through all of your tasks and helps you keep everything organized. Since OmniFocus is a compelling GTD app, you can also add notes and attachments to tasks if needed. Creating recurring tasks is easy in OmniFocus, and the Forecast view is excellent for seeing what your day or even week is going to look like. It allows users to give certain tasks priority above others and focus on those first, and it now uses tags for better organization. OmniFocus lets users create projects and tasks for literally every aspect of their life. Plus, it is available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac, and the free cloud syncing service from OmniFocus keeps your data synchronized across your devices. However, if you need an incredibly feature-packed to-do app that follows David Allen's GTD methodology, then OmniFocus is the way to go. I was personally using OmniFocus for several years before I ultimately decided it was a little too much for me, and I was satisfied with the simplicity of Things. Now, create another automation to disable the setting, making sure to select 'Rises Above X%' for the trigger, and 'Set Low Power Mode' to 'Off,' too. Hit 'Next' and 'Done' to save your automation. Tap 'Next,' and then 'Add Action.' Then, find 'Set Low Power Mode,' and make sure that 'On' is selected. Set the battery percentage that you want to use to trigger Low Power Mode by moving the slider, and then tap on 'Falls Below X%' below. To do this, create a new personal automation and choose 'Battery Level' as the trigger. You can also create a complementary automation that disables the feature once the battery has recovered. With Shortcuts, you can trigger Low Power Mode automatically when your battery reaches a certain percentage. You'll often see the 'Low Power Mode' button appear next to low-battery alerts. The feature disables certain features like automatic fetching of mail and reduces screen brightness to save as much energy as possible. Low Power Mode is a useful way to stretch your iPhone's battery life if you're running low on juice. Lastly, if you have an Apple AirTag, you can use it as an NFC tag to trigger automations in the Shortcuts app, too. It's also advisable to disable the 'Ask Before Running' toggle when creating your automation since your automation will require an additional tap to run if you leave it enabled.
